The Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help us scale our platform and build new features. You'll work directly with the founder and have significant impact on product direction. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a growing company.
You'll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining features across our web platform
- Developing integrations with ArcGIS, StreetSaver, and other industry tools
- Optimizing PostgreSQL/PostGIS database queries and data pipelines
- Improving map visualizations and interactive data tools
- Deploying and monitoring production infrastructure
- Collaborating on architecture decisions as we scale
- Supporting client implementations and troubleshooting
Tech Stack
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 3+ years experience with Node.js and modern JavaScript
- Strong PostgreSQL skills (bonus: PostGIS/spatial queries)
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Comfort with frontend development (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or similar)
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy
Nice to Have:
- Experience with GIS/mapping (ArcGIS, Mapbox, Leaflet)
- Background working with government agencies
- Familiarity with infrastructure/asset management concepts
- Experience with AI/LLM integrations

Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience. We offer flexibility between full-time employment and contract arrangements depending on your preference.
- Full-time: $100K - $150K + equity
- Contract: $70 - $100/hour
